Over time PC's can be come slow in performance, and can sometimes require a Health Check. This can occur for a great number of reasons. I have found over time , and experievce, it is often far easier and quicker to take a backup of all Personal Files, then perform a full Wipe and Re-Install. You can spend hours trying to improve performance, when at the end of the day a full clean install can be much more effective.
